funny how some people think drinking diet soda is as good as drinking water.

Question: Is there going to be a difference who loses weight faster?
also if calories are the same and macro split the same, only difference from eating healthier versus any thing to fill those nutritional needs is how long you will live :P
mostly because of cholesterol and stuff that is not as good for your heart.
i still think though with more sugar (complex carbs) you will store more fat
