Dealer Experience: Bill Jacobs BMW (Naperville Illinois)
Purchased a 2008 328i from them in July 2011. Brought car in to have them look at a "high-pitched whine" at 40, 50 and 60 mph that was distracting. Shop Foreman (Aaron) and my Service Agent (Jamie) were uber-professional. I was given a 2011 335i to drive for three days and they were able to diagnose and correct the issue. There was an issue with my differential and they replaced it under warranty. While waiting, my salesman came to greet me and we chatted for a bit.
Overall a very pleasant experience. That being said, I don't want to see them anytime soon!
