Help with a workout plan.
I have never really been big on working out, but in undergrad I used to go the gym 3 times a week with friends and do short simple work outs. And I did not really see a huge differnce I just felt better.
Now I am at a diffrent school and need help with a work out plan. I want to get into better shape. Just looking for a helpful simple work out plan to look and feel better. I would not say I am fat or anything, I am 6'2 and with 180. I just started doing 45min of cardio (running). I need some help of what excersies I should do at the gym. Thanks!
