Does anyone know if they come painted? Or would I have to get a body shop to sand/paint or paint new ones?

I think these are the part numbers:

51137062137
51137062138

Update: I just replaced mine. I ordered the parts from Tischer using those part numbers for my 06 e90 ZSP. They were about $65 per side and they come painted and ready to install.

Mini DIY:

- Pop the old trim out using a flathead starting at the back and then pull up moving forward. You will break the clips, but thats OK because the new ones come with new clips. Do one side at a time so you can see how the old one is lined up while you install the new one.
- Be careful lining the new trim up to fit properly under the rubber window seal in the front and then over the seal in the back. They are very hard to move back/forth if you don't line them up properly before snapping the new ones in.
- Press down to snap the new trim in place.
- There is no step 4.
