I suppose it could be a good and bad thing. The car is so well balanced in terms of handling and power delivery, there isn't as much drama as you would with an Z06 or any 911. I've had a ride in one of the instructors heavily modified z06, it was pretty intense. Some would have found that immensely fun to drive, for me, I'd take more easy to control M3. But I think this is why the E9X m3 serves as such a good all around
car. If I was in your situation, I would find something a bit more exciting. The E9X m3 is a car I would pick if it was my only car(dd+track duties).
