I tried the online submission form for service a few days ago and was never contacted. Call back today, get the receptionist, she says all service advisors are busy and I leave my name and number again, telling her i'm upset my call has not been returned. I am have heard this is the best dealer for service in the Atlanta area. Is this the kind of service I should expect? Anyone have any advice?
