Driving down the Eastern Corridor, my car was snapped by the 5-0, instead of Icy-J. I was going 80 in a 70 zone (didn't notice the difference seriously).

I get the info in the mail and instead of a ticket, they ask me to "identify" myself in writing. Is this normal? I'm not from HK so this is new to me...

How much s**t am I in here?
