Hey everyone - I thought I'd drop a quick note here... I used BMW South Atlanta's concierge service to drop off my car at the airport and they service the car while I'm away on business. Big mistake - not only did they mis-diagnose the problem (said I brakes were making noise and I never said that - I took it in because the brake service was due) and tried to charge me $500 for stuff that should be covered by the warranty - they SCRATCHED MY CAR!! I left messages with them and have not heard back. I'm 100% sure I didn't get the scratch before I dropped it off because I spent 4 hours washing and waxing every square inch of the car.
Unbelievable. These are the same guys that I bought the car from - hows that for customer appreciation?!?! Not a happy camper this week.
