The car I am looking at is a MY2011 E90 335xi for 24mo/10k. The MSRP is 56,350 (has premium/sport/cold/conv/nav/harmon kardon/etc.) It looks like I'm eligible for up to $3590 in incentives ($1840 option credit, $1000 loyalty, and $750 Lease/APR cash, as seen on BMW's site). Their ballpark figure was something like $875/month with $0 down, which I knew was way too high. Assuming my math is correct, I should be able to get a monthly payment under $600 with those figures and incentives using $0 down.
Sorry, 69% is indeed accurate. A 24mo/15k lease is 66%, and BMW adds 3% to that for 10k/year. My bad!

With a sticker of $56,350 the invoice should be around $52,000. Assuming $500 over invoice, let's go with a $52,500 selling price minus $3590 incentives for a cap cost of $48,910. Assuming no cap cost reduction and you roll the acquisition fee, you should be at $612/mo pre-tax for 24 months and 10k miles per year.

Hope that helps!
