With a sticker of $56,350 the invoice should be around $52,000. Assuming $500 over invoice, let's go with a $52,500 selling price minus $3590 incentives for a cap cost of $48,910. Assuming no cap cost reduction and you roll the acquisition fee, you should be at $612/mo pre-tax for 24 months and 10k miles per year.
Hope that helps!
Thanks! I'm going to hold them to a $725 acquisition fee, and I will roll it in just like I did with my current lease.
The sales guy also seemed really
interested in getting my current lease back right now, even though I still have 6 weeks left on it. I got it in '08 but it's a MY2009 335xi with premium/sport/cold/nav/sat/heated steering wheel/auto. It was on a 3 year lease and it currently has ~17,400 miles on it. I was looking through their CPO inventory, and they have nothing that's 3 years old with mileage that low. A lot of their '11 CPOs actually had more mileage than my current car. He did imply that I could get them (or BMW) to cover my last month's payment.
