what about just starting with ~3100 C5 vette for $10k, and parts are cheap. I wouldnt want to hurt the 335i engine its $$$.
LSx stuff is sooooooo cheap = great track cars, interior quality doesnt matter at the track. Why pay extra for a bmw if your going to gut and beat the crap out of it anyways. yes track time = beating the crap out of it no matter how u cut it.
I appreciate the C6 vette after it was my office during the bondurant classes, they really do perform as advertised on the track, still wouldnt want one everyday.
