Guys I am an observer in all of this, so please do not flame me for asking this, but:
How come when you guys are onto someone, you start asking them questions online? Its not like you can throw virtual handcuffs on them. Why not hold your cards tight and use the info you have to track them down in the flesh and get some justice done (what type of 'justice' you choose being totally up to you) before they have a chance to go back into hiding?
