Unfortunately, it wouldn't apply in this case since the dealer actually returned the wiring/MOST connections back to stock, as well as disconnected the module (@ both ends), requiring the radio/glovebox be removed to access and reconnect those connections, essentially - a new installation + troubleshooting.

I would recommend bringing this issue up with your SA, as there no reason why it needed to be removed for programming/updating.
