Most likely, the E92 will be replaced by the F32 around mid-2013. The E93 will go out of production at the same time the E92 does. It's replacement, the F33, will probably show up sometime in early 2014.
These new models are rumored to be changing name to the 4 series, but that hasn't been confirmed.
