Actually no.. that's a good idea. Electronics can be tricky, and just thought the dealer techs would be best suited/trained to diagnose and repair. I'm fairly new the area, been under CPO/Maint Program, and haven't had a need to look for a reputable BMW indy in Charlotte. When I had my B5 S4, the indies I used here were mediocre at best so I did the work myself, inc. turbo swap.
I guess now's the time to find one!
