It sound very deep and throaty for sure, but if you go catless dps, the h-pipe at the midpipes do not cancel out the rasp.
When MAC installed my exhaust, they used the stock midpipe instead of fabricating a new one which is what Matt@Camber-Toe would have done. Since I still have the stock midpipe, maybe that's why my car doesn't rasp that much?
