I'm pretty sure that lights that come with a true LHD RHD mode are rare as hens teeth. What most of them have is a lever that flattens out the kick on the side. The idea being that the kick up, let's say on our RHD headlights, is on the left to light up more of the road ahead without dazzling other drivers. The lever flattens that kick up so that when you drive on the continent you don't dazzle everyone. It's a mechanical version of those stickers you used to get for going abroad for your lights. What they don't do is move the kick up o the other side.
I could be wrong with regards Depos, but I'd be surprised given the low cost.
