Those are not too bad as damage go, any decent wheel refinishing shop will take care of that for you cheaper than replacing the wheels - I have the M-sport rims and they are more expensive to refinish as they are that hyper silver instead of just standard silver.

Expect to pay $150 - $200 for refinishing (and I think at the place I use, hypersilver is a $25 add on charge).
