There is no safe roads...Just wake up one morning early on a Saturday and find a patch on the highway and pull over...Look into rear view mirror and when there is no cars, hit the car and you will have alot of road for you to reach possibly 4-5 even.
Thats how I test my nitrous system. Usually 7 am works best on Sat or Sunday.
