Don't over complicate this OP, it's not hard. If you want it fixed take it to a wheel repair doesn't matter if it's clear coated or not they know what to do and if it's a good shop they will match the other 3 no problem, I've done it numerous times with expensive forged wheels. If you dont want to pay the 1 bill, don't get it fixed. Trying something yourself is going to lead to bad results.
