I was quoted $180 from a shop yesterday to cut mine due to legality and difficulty. Would you guys say this is fair? Most shops around here won't even touch it. This is 3x more than I thought it would be, and they say I can't reweld the cats back in if I wanted to.
Due to the cats being on the curvature of the bend it is tough. The spacing within the cats is close. I paid 140
