Nice find! I think he might have his fenders rolled based on the photo below. The 19x10 +38 is a good solid fit on the pre-lci E90. Since the LCI changed their rear wheel base, it'll be a bit aggressive for most people. However, base on the photos it doesn't look like he rubs at all. All things considered, I'm sure you won't rub if you roll your fenders a bit.
