Yea alot of people here are like that here... We are in downtown Los Angeles (business district) ... There is even a guy with a freaking GTR across my spot who keeps offering me to FLASH TUNE my car for cheap... There is alot of Doctors, Lawyers, even under cover Police Officers with freaking nice cars in my building...
