Figured that would be the outcome. Russel is a very good BMW dealership, both from a sales and service perspective. They've always bent over backwards to be accommodating whenever I've needed anything. I think that's one of the benefits of living in an area with so many local BMW dealerships competing for business (Tischer, Russel, Passport, Towson, Bel Air, Northwest, Silver Spring, etc.).
