I would check your contract and see if there is anything on there that mentions the warranty issue and or new/used status of your car.
It sounds like they sold it as a new car and didn't disclose any information on the status of the warranty in which case they will have to honor the warranty from purchase date.
As I said before, one of the docs signed by a business manager states the car as "new". Also both the sales and business managers admited verbally that they'd misrepresented the car. So far I'm waiting on an email and letter confirming the full warranty/maintenance. I hoped I'd have an email by EOB today but it doesn't look it's going to happen today.
