That's unfortunate; my sales experience was quite the opposite. My SA still emails me after 2 years. Admittedly, I service my car at Tischer of Silver Spring, just because I reside closer to them. I haven't had any bad experience with Tischer, but if I'm in the market to purchase another BMW, I would go to Passport first, IMO they have a larger inventory.
