If you baby your car, it wouldn't make a difference as I assume you would drive it nicely all the time so opt for 19s. If you don't baby it and don't want to worry about bending rims and all sorts of other dramas, get 18s. RFT 19s provide a little harsher ride compared to 18s as sidewalls of the tyres are hard to begin with.
