While I concede my question is rather general, I understand the strength equation, the question is more related to the size and narrower sidewall when running 19"s, which tends to make a wheel more suseptable to being bent.

So I am curious to know if others running 19's (cast or forged) experience vibration problems due to wheel run-out.

PS: a forged wheel is not necessarily stronger than a cast wheel. There are cast wheels that are as strong or stronger than forged. The big benefit to a forged wheel is weight reduction combined with strength.
