The rules of the road don't even exist. According to the CT Drivers manual provided by the great state of CT. The only ones that need to obey the "Right Side of the road" is bicycles.
As a bicyclist:
• You are required to ride on the right side of the roadway
No Signs, No Pavement markings, Nothing indicates which side of the roadway is the proper side to drive on.
