I actually bought the D-tech's from E92-lighting and am mostly satisfied with them. Anywho, they look exactly the same, design, heatsink and everything. So I'm assuming BM, E92, modmy3 are all buying from the same wholeseller - they are all cree, etc.

Go with the cheapest option I'd say, I bought mine from e92 for around 160$. Modmy looks like they are for 100$ right now...
