Might not be the OPs issue as you say but that's not strictly true. Mine developed clutch judder after a few months of ownership and after the dealer fitted one or two replacement clutches I had one of the first batch of revised clutch assemblies fitted. After that, no judder. I don't remember all the details but there's more
here. And messing with the CDV made no difference other than changing the 'characteristics' of the gearchange.
