No offence Garrett, but that reply didn't really do much. These people want to hear when these updates are coming out, not if they're coming out. (any eta for the new firmware and maps??)
Even though I have an n54, and this doesn't affect me, I know where they're coming from, I had enough problems with vishnu myself. Great product, but definitely needs to step the customer service up a notch.
