thats what im thinking..it obviously was damged due to negligence... it was raining that day and its vivid that the box was wet then it dried up , and when cardboard is wet then dries up..it becomes brittle..so one end of the box was torn, shredded, ripped u name it! lol....so only one side of the splitter was damaged..and all i ask for is to replace that damaged splitter and im happy which cost me about $100 each.....
