Heres some more updates, just installed the koni race inserts (rebound adjustment) into the fk highsport coil body. It was basically a direct fit, the koni itself was about 1 inch shorter so i chopped off a piece of the old insert for a spacer. I paired them with 1088lbs ksport springs and so far im lovin the ride
