There's no difference between the FMIC for the N54 or N55. The only difference is in the parts provided. The N54 set comes with a Helix intercooler, 4 clamps, one 90 degree silicone hose and one straight silicone hose. The N55 sets comes with all this plus one additional clamp and an aluminum j-pipe (charge pipe).
If the build date of your BMW is after April '09, you'll want to go with the N55 package, but, seeing that you already have a charge pipe, we may be able to alter your package to include just the extra clamp. If you want to do it that way, let us know.
