There is definitely a difference, or else why would there be a difference in models (325 and 328). As I said, the difference is hardly noticeable during daily driving. I never floored the 325i since it was a test drive.
I would assume that perfomance-wise 330i vs 328i would be similar although the 330i does have 25hp more which should make a noticeable difference.
