You are leaking boost, and I am 100% sure about that. Can you add WGDC (Wastegate Duty Cycle) to the graph and re-upload it? I want to take a look. If the JB4 was targeting stock boost, the pink line wouldn't be as high as it is, so you have a hardware problem.
Start diagnosing for boost leaks. Since you are basically stock, check the charge pipe for any obvious cracks, oil on it outside, a crack near the throttle bosy connection, and separations at the elbow section. We can go from there.
30FF is underboost code FYI. That means you arn't hitting target, so it really can't be a software problem.
