During certain days when I start the car and drive off I experience poor throttle response and that vvt kick around 3-4k RPM is none existent - there's plenty of low-end torque though. The weird thing is that I have to restart the car twice and everything is back to normal. Happens randomly.

I'm thinking its the VANOS, maybe electrical - solenoids?
