It's definitely hit or miss -- I have had Sirius, XM and now SiriusXM for many years -- I found the "$77 for a year" thread on an Acura forum many years ago and have been using their script for renewals ever since. Some times the person actually acts like they know what they are talking about and has the ability to help, while the next time the person can't hardly spend the time to say hello -- I have been hung up on, put on hold until I finally hung up,'s a shame because their bad customer service is losing a lot of customers for them.
