I don't understand why people are surprised by this. You must understand the consequence of what you are doing when you modify a car, especially when you're working at the extremes of stock hardware... e.g. 150-200hp more through the turbos.
Your response assumes causation; the number of cars out there running around with tunes that DON'T have this problem suggest another cause is the culprit.
In my case, lets just say my mechanic found concrete evidence of an install error. Should my tune override their negligence?
