So replacing your LPFP solved the fuel trim divergence in your first logs......interesting.
Then you had the DME flashed and trims were spot-on and stable.
Subsequently you installed the flex sensor and loaded new maps and firmware and started maxing trims again.
Sounds like the new maps/firmware are triggering the issue.
Educate me here......I really had the impression that E85 maps run much leaner A/F ratios than 11:1.
