The calliper slider pins do have dust caps on them, and these are not torqued very high (35Nm). I would not use an impact gun on these!
The calliper bracket bolts on the other hand are much higher (110Nm) and fully exposed. These will take a bit more force, but nothing that a standard breaker bar can't remove.
PS. If you do plan on doing your own brakes, make sure you get a 7mm hex bit for the slider pins, and an 18mm socket for the calliper bolts - some of the basic kits do not have these sizes!
