Alternative is to save and invest in some decent coil overs. I'm on BC Coilovers and I just couldn't think about springs given these are adjustable height wise and damper wise. Yes it costs a lot more upfront but you gotta pay to play. With these coil overs costing about 650, they are superb and built to last! It wild cost you that much if not more to get a decent set of springs and shocks but then you can't adjust the dam thing ... All depends on your requirements really :-)
