I'd suggest doing the front first, then slowly working towards the rear. That way you're not overwhelming yourself or your bank account.
I know a lot of people who have done just the front or just the rear and it does make a difference. The rear bumper is amazing simply because you can change your diffuser and BAM new look all over again, and something new to fall in love with.
