yeah this seems like a good way to get yourself hurt in a more urban area... You don't know what he or she has in the car or their state of mind, report the plates and move on..
but i mean if you get payed for this sort of thing, you could make a career out of it in NYC specifically Brooklyn.. Belt Parkway.. past 2AM lol.
