You can use OEM LEDS - I crimped a set into mine as the casing is exactly the same but electrical plugs are different.
Try a breakers yard for a 2009 or whatever year they start at, but they are not expensive at a dealer?

If you dont want error lamp codes, put a small value (25 Ohms or so) 10watt ceramic resistor across one of the pairs of wires (the two lamps are wired in paralle - from same supply),
or get the lamp fail checks coded out in software (best idea).
The resistor will get hot, but its in a clean space so no issues. I ran this for a long time in mine with the ballast resistor soldered across the back of the plug.
