I gained 1/2 second over stock at high elevation using Stage1+ Aggressive and 20% E85 and stock hardware.
The improvement felt bigger than that in the midrange, but on a stock IC the air charge temps were getting very hot by the end of the run and timing was being pulled way back.
Edit: I also tried Stage1 aggressive (not plus) but went slightly slower.
