Seat Mat Sensor Error Code

Hey guys, my seatbelt light and airbag light are stuck on which is making me think that it is a bad passenger seat mat sensor. I used INPA and read the code 93C3 OC3. I tried to clear it with INPA but the light remained on and the error returned.

There is an extended warranty for the mat sensor which I believe includes my car (2006 330xi):

Does anyone know what build dates this covers? Mine is a 10/2005 build.

Does anyone know if this is indeed the error code for this extended warranty? I would like to know ahead of time, because the dealership will charge me the diagnosis fee even if it turns out to not be a problem covered in the recall. I know this topic has been covered extensively on here, but I never found a direct correlation between the error and the recall.
