I'll pm you a guy in london who sells only xenon lights.
and there's a lot of stuff on ebay. here's a bare pair for £300:

but you have to source the ballast, bulbs and led kits. cost me £350 for those. bringing the total cost to £650. prices have come down a lot lately. i remember it being near a grand!
for what they are, the D1S bulbs (genuine osram) are the most expensive I would say, but at least they are new!
