If you're worried about losing the key a) make sure you write down the key number and keep it in a safe place b) get a set of "bolt outs" in case you ever need to remove them and the key is lost/broken. Or keep an extra key in your home toolbox "just in case." Honestly, if someone wants to steal your wheels, all they need is a set of bolt-outs and a breaker bar. Even with the Porsche style locks which seem a lot more secure I bet you could defeat those with a slide hammer.
And yes, the torque spec is 120 n*m which is about 88 ft-lb, pretty normal lug torque and not that hard to break loose if your stuff is clean.
